This may be a little to late but for reference for needs in the future here is what I found out.

PTO Belt: Gates B101. (5/8x104)

Deck drive belt: Gates 6974 (5/8x 74) B71.

Oreilly's Autoparts had them. Cost 32.99 and 26.99 respectively.
