problem with x320 reserse

I have a 2013 x320 and having problem with the reverse. It is having a hard time in reverse, My neighbor has a 2012 x320 and has the same problem. Is this a 320 problem.

Check if tractor is still under warranty, if it is take to dealer you purchased from.

John Deere Model X320 Lawn and Garden Tractor Parts, Page 3 Check drive belt for wear. Is rod at backside of tractor pushed in all the way?

I've heard of that problem before, have you checked to see if the drive belt is slipping?
