Problem with a Honda GXV610 engine!

I have a Honda lawn mower equipped with a Honda GXV610 engine. It’s a V-twin, carbureted engine. Recently, it started backfiring/popping intermittently, as if it were missing a firing cycle every now and then.
The ignition system has just been replaced. The previous spark plugs were not very old, but they were heavily carbon-fouled and would only produce a spark occasionally.
With the new spark plugs, the engine starts and runs, but sometimes it feels like it’s not getting enough fuel or is misfiring intermittently. If possible, I’ll upload a video as well.
If anyone has any ideas or has experienced something similar, please let me know!

I only replaced the spark plugs because I noticed it wasn’t producing a proper spark. The engine starts, but it “hesitates”; however, once it warms up and is running at higher RPM, the issue disappears. Yesterday I used it for over an hour, and the only problem was that once or twice the RPM dropped, as if it was about to stall.
Thanks for the previous tips, I’m going to go through the fuel system from start to finish now.
 
Hello!

It looks like the problem has been solved — the fuel pump had to be replaced. I can still feel a very slight hesitation at idle, but only if I pay close attention to it. I replaced the entire fuel delivery system, including the fuel lines. I also cleaned the carburetor. Now it starts instantly at the first turn of the key.
