Mower deck Powerlift deck won't lift

I own a grasshopper 620t. Today I unloaded it of my trailer. When I went I set deck height the deck wouldn't raise, it clicked like I was doing it the wrong way but wouldn't budge. I know the blades spin the wheels turn I have full mobility. Any ideas?
