Please help! I recently bought a PP19A42 riding mower that has an rs800 transmission that wasn't working right. It would move fine in reverse, and slowly in forward, but binding up when I pressed the forward pedal down very far, and was burning the drive belt. I took the transmission out, cleaned the grass, replaced the cam system and the variation pully assembly. The driven pulley was inspected and was in good shape. Checked the measurement for the Inversion rod, put it all back together, and it did exactly the same thing. I checked the belt routing, checked all four of the pulleys, and they are fine, as well. When jacked up, everything works like it is supposed to. And goes forward all the way, as it should. When on the ground, binds up. I am at wits end! Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what's the solution? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
