Poulan PP335 Not Turning Head

I have a Poulan PP335 and it's not turning the trimmer head. The motor runs fine.

From what I can tell the coupler in the main shaft is not fully coupling to the trimmer (or edger, which I tried also).

What is the part I need to replace? I looked up flex shaft and it does not seem to have the coupler.

You have replace the complete upper shaft. The flex shaft is for the lower section. And if the clutch drum to shaft is stripped you replace the Fan housing assy.

This is provided they are not on BO. I got a Poulan pole saw in the shop and it been here since Sept 22. I am still awaiting a throttle cable for it.
