PLEASE HELP - Cub Cadet Mower Model CC46ES Runs A Few Seconds Then Dies

If the engine busts off for a few then dies, you have a fuel delivery issue. Or old stale fuel is being delivered. This time of year, 99% of people left their old Ethanol E-10 in the tank and demand it start up next spring, which is now.

Plugged up mains and pilot jets. Wouldn't be a bad idea to flush the tank and carb bowl and dump in fresh 100% real gas.

I always use stabilizer as I can never recall how old my fuel is/was. Never a starting issue.

Some older ones (2010) of that model come up with a completely different B&S engine. https://www.partstree.com/models/cc...ind-mower-2010/b-s-122l05-0768-f1-engine-2-2/ That don't have the auto choke diaphragm. I have an edger similar to this and the pulses from the engine crankcase cause one of the gaskets under the carb to act as a valve in a fuel pump.

The parts tree shows this Carburetor Gasket Plate MTD-951-11525 but doesn't show where it goes.
Does it go on first before the Carburetor?

I replaced 67 with the hose. Fuel flows freely to the carburetor. I checked the bowl. It seems to be fine. Gas flows freely with the cap off and the float dropped down. Gas shuts off when I push the float up though.

Here's what I have done
Changed out the gas
New Carb
New Fuel Lines
New Primer Bulb

If I press the primer bulb repeatedly after it starts up, it will keep running. When I stop pressing the bulb, it dies.

It is obvious it is starving for fuel. Change the filter, blow back line to tank with cap loosened. Turn ON valve if there is one. Remove float bowl and lift float. If no fuel comes out you have a plugged needle and seat. RE and RE.
