Have any of you experienced an over speed issue on this engine? Seems as though the governor has "slipped." Several of us have had the same problem but have been unable to source the problem.
The carb on this engine likes to drop the screws that hold the flap on to the throttle rod. Look into the carb and move the throttle see if the flap inside moves.
