has anyone ever installed and/or created an obd system on a lawn or garden tractor? would you be able to modify one from a car for on a mower? :confused2:thanks,

Could just permanently install a couple tools. A compression test, A spark test, Tachometer. Im sure it already has a voltage meter.

How about a scale for rider weight :)

That's just what we need, instead of a customer who doesn't know what he's doing, we have a box telling us to just replace parts. If any of you have worked on four wheelers you know that a knowledgeable mechanic, knows more than the brain box. Just what I need another test instrument.

the only thing I would like is... a row a lights that told me which safety switch is triggered! One of the latest things for aftermarket auto wiring is that they have a box mounted in the car that shows the status of every connection... so if a blinker is supposed to be blinking and it is not, then you can easily trace it.

they do have that for the ventrac 4500, it's actually exactly what you just explained and I was just wondering if anyone made one.
