Is their a way to check oil in Hydrostatic transmission on a power craft lawn mower.Made by montgomery ward. Also i cannot adjust hydrostatic neutral control as book says. Suppose to raise and block up rear end of tractor, then loosen a couple of nuts, start engine and run at full throttle and move hydrostatic control lever till you find neutral and push brake and shut off tractor. When i push brake peddle wheels start to turn real fast, can someone tell me how to adjust hydrostatis correctly. THANKS
