now not running right and im stuck

Looks like you are getting a lot of spitting out of the carb. Almost sounds like you are running rich not lean, which is the normal things with carbs. Lets start by checking the valve clearance, as well as the flywheel key to make sure it isn't partly sheared.

If those check out OK, the lets go back to the carb, and make sure the air bleed holes are clean. those are the holes just inside the intake side of the carb. Also pull that screw that goes down from the top of the carb, and make sure it is clean as well as the passages.

ok not sure what a flywheel key is and don't think there will be anything wrong with valve clearance giving low running time and the fact it ran perfect for first 60secs or so all the holes r clear im just not sure what adjustments to do on the card as far as air fuel mixture
 
ILENGINE has got a point, it could be the intake valve may not be seating as tightly has it should, which will blow the fuel out of the carb, it also looks that way on your video. give the engine a compression test.

yes it was definitely blowing fuel out the carb so I will try compression test on it tomorrow but what readings should I be getting?
