No start Flip Up

I have a Hustler Raptor Flip Up. Will not start...tested continuity from battery to switch...okay. Put a screw driver to the starter solenoid, motor turns but does not start. Thought maybe it was the safety switch in the seat...exchanged the seat with another Hustler that I have. Old seat in new motor, starts fine...can't be that safety switch. New seat, old mower...no start condition. Any ideas???

You have 3 fuses, be certain they are good, A 30A nearest you starter solenoid, a 15a and a 10 A all under your seat, be sure both handles are outward meaning brake on, again under you seat those handles energize safety switches for each handle allowing it to start.
