I have an older Huskee with a 46" deck. I need a tensioner pulley assembly but the model number is missing off the tag under the seat. The only other number is 1183A. AC. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Take the pulley/s off and go to your local mower repair shop.
One that fixes mowers not one with a massive showrooms & no workshop
If that is against your religion then take them off & measure them
Then go to an aftermarket parts suppliers web site and search for pulleys.
Ignore the bolt size or offset because hey are done with a bush that you can press out then replace with your old ones
Critical to match are the flange diameter & the drum diameter
The width is not so critical unless it is so different that the pulley will foul on the underside of the mower.

My problem is the pulley went flying while I was mowing and I never found it. So I have nothing to matchup.

I bet you will,
The instant you put a set of new blades on ?

Now a little bit of help.
Which pulleys have you lost
The deck pulley or the transmission pulley ?

You said "assembly " would you like to expand what you mean ?
Can you post a photo of the place where the pulleys should be ?
AFAIK Huskee was a really cheap store brand range of mowers
Currently made by MTD so MTD parts will fit .

Huskee is the trade name for mowers sold at Tractor supply. They were manufactured by Murray, MTD and Husqvarna over the years.

Can you post the model number information off of the engine. Some of the model numbers can be narrowed down on at least MTD products using the engine informaiton.
