No fuel pump output

Ok, im back on this again. So still nothing, iv tried with a cup of fuel instead of the tank, iv tried a different pulse line im not sure what to try besides a new oem fuel pump which im not sure that would even make a difference.

With a paper towel over the pulse hose it flaps like id expect it to. But im not sure what else to try

Also a hint: Appears to be bad pulse hose or:
You say it's gravity flow but uses a pump. just put a long hose on the pump input and fill it with fuel and see it it pump the fuel out of the hose into a container on the output hose.
You can use water for this test but do a pump clean out before re-connecting fuel.

Hint:
The pulse hose must go up when routed towards the pulse pump. Why: If it gets/eventually accumulates oil in the pulse tube it weakens the pulses.

Replace the pump with the OEM and test.

Lots of info on-line about how to test a pulse pump.

I've tried the cheap ones and had bad experiences.

Sometimes on a OEM pulse pump the manu name is in small letters somewhere on the pump. I've used this reference and got good replacements If no name get the OEM and watch out that it's not a clone jumping in as a replacement, like CHINA does on repl carb part numbers.
