No fuel pump output

Just purchased a toro timecutter, it runs but not great. After running for a bit or engage the blades seems to sputter out and eventually die out.

The fuel tank is a siphon with the fuel pump sucking it from the top of the tank with a feed hose. I replace fuel filter and pump because it was only dribbling out but I’m not getting anything out of the fuel pump any more. It’s brand new hooked up identical. Not sure what else to try any ideas? The pulse is strong enough to move a paper towel not sure if it should be stronger or what.
 
Sounds like trash in a gas can strikes again. The supply line needs to be cleared with shop air and the tank removed for a good cleaning. From there, strain any fuel that comes from a supply can.
 
One crack in the pulse line for example will cause the fuel pump not to work. Replaced ALL the fuel lines from tank to carb inlet.

Pull the fuel tanks and visually check they are clean and CLEAR like new ones.

I’m not sure if this is it, before the filter i can blow air through it without any blockage or anything.
 
Ok I’m thinking it’s something with the pulse. I’m able to hook the same fuel pump up same orientation to a different mower and it is spraying good.
 
Ok, just checking. Check the pulse line, maybe there's a crack. If you take the fuel line off the carb, and crank the engine, what happens?
