No forward or reverse after belt from engine to deck broke

2006 XXG2703 72" cut. Engine to deck belt broke and got tangled up enough to stall the engine, Once I got the belt untangled and re-started the engine, I had no forward or reverse drive. Engine to pump belt is fine and engine pulley as well as pump pulley are both turning. Any ideas on the no drive cause?

Does the PTO switch engage the blades? Silly question, but is the parking brake on? What model? I run a 50" Magnum.

This unit has separate pumps and wheel motors you have to manually take a wrench and open the bypass valves on the pumps to release the hydros for it to roll. Heck of a mower I own four of this style mowers love them. Three of mine are 1999 and 2000 year models, I also own a 2010 model. Got to fix the engine on the 2010 model. Yes the 1999 and 2000 models run and cut grass. Show me other mowers that will still do that with that many years on them. People that own them just won't give them up. Where I use to work people would put $4000.00 in a new engine to keep them going.

Did you dis engage the motion drives to move it with the engine off? May have forgotten to re-engage them.
No, I did not. Once it shut off and I pulled the broke belt out, I made sure the drive belt was still in place correctly. At that point it would not move forward or reverse. I picked the mower up with forks on my backhoe.
