WELCOME to these Forums...
There is Not a lot to the starter circuit... Key switch, PTO switch, brake switch... You should not have too much problem finding the wiring diagrams here: John Deere - Parts Catalog
Any (Good) dealer's parts dept should be able to print you a wiring schematic. :smile:KennyV
PS... (You should Never replace any part, UNLESS you Know it is Bad.)

have bypassed all switches ie pto seat and brake still no crank
Actually the Easiest method is to simply take a (temporary) jumper wire and place it from the battery positive post to the small terminal on the starter solenoid...
And to even 'bypass" the starter solenoid, simply use a (temporary) heavy gauge wire and jump between the 2 Large posts on the starter solenoid.

did that Kenny it turns over but wont fire up and run. coils are pulsing from what I can tell. and can smell fuel.
If you can smell fuel, that usually means that you do "not" have spark. The safety switches are in sequence with an interlock system. Jumping or removing these switches or wires, does not always bypass the electrical safety system.

Okay... What are you saying...?
First post you said "Won't turn over put in a new switch assembly but still Nothing" (WHY did you replace the switch?*)
Second says "Still no crank" (so I am Guessing it is in the same condition as it was in the first.)
Third you say.. "it turns over but wont fire up and run" At what point did this take place?? (somewhere it went from won't turn over, to it Turns over but will not fire up & run...

Not just getting bogged down in terminology But what are you seeing?
Also *(about changing the key switch... I am So against replacing parts Unless You are Positive they are bad... That is Not because of the economics... It is because you are removing a Good part and replacing it with an Unknown 'new' part the new part can be defective or the wrong part but still looks the same, AND it is possible to introduce additional problems anytime anything is removed and replaced). :smile:KennyV
I would almost be willing to bet that if you removed the ground/kill wire off of the ign coil, and if it cranks, it "should" run. (but you wouldn't be able to shut it off) Somehow it appears that you have no spark which could be caused by one of the safety switches, interlock system, or even your ign switch
