The dang thing was hiding from me. I might have to visit my local Harbor Freight and get a couple.
I intend to add a shut off valve in the fuel line.
I was just out looking at the original carburetor. I didn't notice any obvious signs of a problem.
The overflow tube is clear.
The float needle looks good.
The float is good. The float pin is straight.
I'm not sure the thing is worth rebuilding. Stens has a direct replacement and the All Carb (from Amazon) are both under $50.
The All Carb is the one that I installed. It's working great.

Those Shindy rebuild kits are around $25. However, the float and float pin aren't included.

Well, the blasted thing is acting up again. I put a Shindy kit in the original carburetor and intend to install it tomorrow.
My plan is to get it running decent and trade it in on a Polaris Ranger 570.
The Kawasaki Mule is at under 400 hours and I'm sick of it.

I got the original carburetor rebuilt, using the Shindy 03-122 kit. I installed the original carburetor this morning. I also installed a new NGK BPR4ES plug, fuel filter, and a new fuel line from the filter to the carburetor. It's running good, for now.
I still intend on looking at the Polaris Ranger 570. The Can Am Defender HD7 looks nice. However, it's about $1,200 to $1,500 more than the Ranger.
