New to forum, need help identifying 3.5 hp B&S engine from early 70's

I have a B&S 3.5 hp engine that I purchased on a mower in the early 70's. There is no identification on the mower as to series or model number. The engine was on a Toro mower which I want to use but I can't find an engine that will fit the mounting holes on the deck so I am interested in repairing the B&S engine but without a model number I don't know what parts to order. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Id plate is circled in picture. Remove what is over it and get us an up close picture.

When looking up parts for these older Briggs engines, you need to add a "0" before the model number. Also, leave off the last two digits or replace them with "99". None of the parts sites worry about the last two digits, apparently they're not necessary for ordering parts.
