New Snapper 360Z 42" Zero Turn stopped while mowing, and would not move.

Hello guys,

My new Snapper just stopped while mowing. It won't go forward or backwards. Belts look ok. HELP!

A few things to check would be if the belt jumped off the pulleys. If the tensioner spring came off or broke. Oil level of the hydros.
