First, the make, model and hood label information does not provide good information in most cases.
If you need help with a machine, make sure that you include the product chassis label information and the engine label information. The manufacturer of the machine does not make the engines used on most machines.
The more information you provide initially, the quicker we can usually find a solution to help you.
Some of the posts without this information have dragged on for days/weeks with nothing but confusion and frustration.
