Nobody wants to look at it.

It's just there silly rules like the one that says no recreational vehicles allowed in driveways including 4x4 with oversize tires. We have so many restrictions it's pathetic.
I don't live in city limits and my shop is on my property. I'm not sure how I'd deal with someone telling what I can or can not do on my property. unless they are making your house payment I don't think I'd care what they had to say.
Screw them they can't tell you what to do. What'll they do fine you and how are they going to pursue you when you dont pay? They'll cry about it whoopydeedoo

Having lived in Fla over 20 years, I can say that some places there have very strict HOA rules & You must agree & sign a document of their rules to become part of that community..
And there is plenty they can do for non-compliance. Unfortunately some HOA's get on a power trip.
Friend was told he needed to check with his HOA about changing the paint colors on his house..
I've been living in the country (TN) for quite a while now, next to a hundred acres of farm land growing winter wheat . No HOA here......Made sure of that.
To the OP: Very Nice Trailer..
In this great state of NY they can bring you into town court. Then they can fine you. Don't pay they will take you to jail. Is this a free country? As far as I can see it there is a lot of dumb laws out there like seat belts, etc., but you live by them or fight the system your choice.
