Well, Wisconsin used to be the engine capital of the world. Then the mfrs. found they could get labor for $5 a day and low import taxes from Mexico so that's where a couple of the major power equipment factories relocated. Then wages down there started rising, the Chinese government had bottomless pocketbooks for technology and plants so that's where the manufacturing moved to, building engines etc. for about any purpose. With the technology, metallurgy, and assembly methods stolen/purchased from the rest/best of the world I'd think their small OE supervised engines should be superb. Good luck finding parts though.
