Need help identifying Kawasaki part please

Im rebuilding my Kawi FH580v and have the case split open. As I was spraying compressed air in the case, this part popped out from somewhere. I have no idea where it came from. Does anyone recognize it? unknown part.JPG

Bickle, A wild guess. It looks like a valve guide oil seal. If it is you must have dropped it into the case while dismantling the head?

Thanks Motoman. Good guess. It looks very similar but I compared it and its not the same. Very similar though. I let a Kawasaki mechanic look at it and he said it doesnt go inside the engine anywhere. So Im gonna start bolting this thing back together and see what happens.:). I have never rebuilt an engine before.
