Need help finding intake manifold for Briggs 286707 part number 691711

Hello! I recently picked up a 12.5hp I/C motor and need help finding an intake manifold or help in suggestions for getting something put together. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
 
We need the stamped number information off of the valve cover. There were different intakes used on many models. Model and type number are the most important.

There is a plastic one that showed up on Ebay that may work in place of the aluminum one.

look on ebay. I saw a used on there. Might be more. Canadian post. Canadian dollars convert to less USD. Google USD to Canadian to convert
