ILENGINE Lawn Royalty Community Leader Joined May 6, 2010 Messages 11,981 Jun 7, 2013 #2 I would say that the needle valve in the carb isn't sealing. You will need to remove and clean the carb, and install at least a new needle valve, which is part of the repair kit for the carb.
