Anyone know if s MTD trams-axle just all of the sudden stops pulling, the pulley turns, but the wheels don't... Is there a key way in there that could have sheered off or something??

MTD t-axles are very simple. the input shaft simply turns 2 bevel gears. depending on how it is shifted dictates which bevel gear is engaged. the shifter moves a shift collar that is splined to a shaft. if those splines stripped, there would be no movement. however the chances that happened are slim. the internal shifter may be broken or no longer engaged to the shift collar.
make sure that the shifter lever is engaged to the shifter on the taxle. if that is good, it is internal. MTD does not always have parts for the units; go to MTDs website and find your model breakdown and see if there is one.
