Any idea where to find a plastic chute and mulch kit for this? Model number 136L673F382. Also the shift lever that you use to change speeds feels loose and sometimes bounces into next speed if I hit a bump. Is there a way to fix this and tighten up?

The "shift lever" just changes tension on the belt system, so you will have to look for sloppiness, maybe a spring that pulls it tight into the notches. Put up a pic of what you have.
