mower wont start

I have replaced the spark plugs,changed the oil with new oil filter, replaced fuel lines, put in new fuel and fuel filter, fully cleaned carb, new air filter, checked fuel pump. it runs for about ten seconds I go in reverse about ten feet and dies. My grass is about a foot high now and I'm frustrated.
 
I had a similar problem. Maybe clean the fuel pump valve. Don't know if that's exactly what it is called but the ethanol gas will make it sticky. And see if you can find some gas without ethanol.
