Sorry, but my database of searchable serial numbers does not include either of these. Probably in some file cabinet or storage room at the factory is a 3 x 5 card with all the details, but no way for me to get it.
I can tell you all HR214 engines were made in Japan, and some of the SXA types were made there and others at Honda plant in North Carolina

Kinda hard to say, as this model was built at two different plants, and so serial numbers don't always follow logical rules. Worse yet, some models would be built, sit in warehouses for months, sit in dealer showrooms for more months, etc. before being sold. Others would get built, shipped, invoiced and sold in 30 days or less.
