I have a ariens automatic 19hp 42 inch. The front of the deck is dragging the ground and I cant figure out how to raise it back up.

There should be a rod going from the front of the deck to a plate under the front axle. that rod has a adjustable nut on the front in order to set the front to rear level of the deck.
No doubt about who is making mowers for Ariens. That is a Husqvarna complete with Husqvarna model number nomenclature.
