I replaced the 2 counterweight links and camshaft . One question I hope someone can help me with. I had all the motor parts on my buddies workbench and not sure I picked these pieces up or if they belong to my motor. I’m sure the last pic longer pin shaped like a “D” is part of the decompression cam. The other 2 are roughly same size, one is a solid pin the other is hollow with a slit on side. Any help appreciated, want to make sure before I put back on tractor and fire it up. I’m not sure if they are part of my motor or where they go if they are, when I opened motor everything was in pieces.

Those two pins look like the aligning pins for the crankcase cover. They hold the gasket in place during assembly. Are they required? If you have reassembled the unit and have no leaks you are lucky and I would not disassemble to put them in, but your unit may not leak right away. The choice is up to you.

Thanks for reply, but if you look at ruler beside them they are like 1/8” diameter, aligning pin holes look like 1/2”
