In the computer age and with very tight profit margins very few companies do any hard copy other than the operators manual.
Even then most Cheap Chinese products don't even do that , All they do is put a couple of stickers on the product with a QR code on it so you can download the operators manual to your phone.
BAck in the days when people would pay a fair & reasonable price for consumer goods there was enough profits to print things.
In the days of excessive greed and in particular with all of the comparison sites that find the absolute cheapest price for everything, anything that is not part of the actual product has to be cut out.
You will probably have to print it out yourself and put the pages in a binder if you want a hard copy.
