Buying Advice M21EMR

This is a 21 inch 2 stroke with oil injection. Everything works except the starter (needs battery) and pulley is bad on the self propelled. A very knowledgeable person picked it up for $100.00. I think I can get this for about $200 to 250. Is this worth the price?

I have heard only a few good things about the m series and the one that sticks in my mind is that they are a good mower to stay away from.I think they look pretty cool but 100.00 would be top dollar but its just my opinion.

They are good mowers but some parts are hard to find and expensive, like $85.00- $100.00 for one drive wheel.
