There was actually a hole in the carburetor choke linkage already (see black part in photo), and I drilled a single hole in the plastic housing near that, and I just added a spring to help open the choke butterfly once the engine warmed up. Note that the first hole I drilled to the left in photo delivered too much tension. My choke butterfly would have trouble moving from the "closed" position to the "open" position. Here's all I have:On a more serious note - can you please send me a pic of what you did "drilled a little hole and added a return spring"?
