Loose wire engine wont start

Engine wont start on 130G32 0125 F1. I think its the oil sensor wire but cant find other end. This end runs under the gas tank but not sure where i need to look for the other end and what replacement part if any I will need.
 
That wire probably has no part of the non starting problem. You need to find out whether it has spark and/or fuel. Get an inline spark tester to check for spark. If you have spark, spray a small amount of carb cleaner into the cylinder and see if you can get it to pop. Let us know what you find.
 
Put your fingers on the wire. Follow it to the other end. Post a picture like you did here so we can see what you are working with.
