Location of bypass valve on Hydro-Gear 350-0510 transaxle

I've worked on cars and trucks a lot, but not much on lawnmowers. I am fixing up an old Cub Cadet LT1046, and I drained and re-filled the transaxle. I didn't know about needing to purge the air until I talked to my small engine mechanic friend. I've searched for the location of the bypass valve online, but couldn't find anything. It isn't shown in any of the diagrams I found, or even in the service manual that describes how to do the purging.

Any help would be appreciated.
Hydro-Gear does not list a dedicated public service/repair manual specifically for the 350-0510 on their site. However:The 310-0510/-0610/-0710 Service and Repair Manual (BLN-51260) is the standard reference used for this family of transaxles. Users and forums (including recent discussions on the 350-0510) confirm it as the go-to document, noting that the core design is very similar even if minor variations exist (e.g., drain plug presence).

Thank Grok for this info....

Then why did I confirm that the OP had the correct manual?

This use of AIs is getting out of hand quickly and maybe none of us should trying to help if everyone starts depending AI for the answers.
