Linkage placement

I’m new here, I had a guy give me a Generac, S.E. 5000. It has a Vandguard Engine on it # 185432 I can make it run as long as o pour gas in the carb the problem is it was in parts when i got it and I can’t figure out the linkage placement for it. Any help would be appreciate. Thanks Steve.
 
Thank you so much. I’ll work on this in the mornin. I’m pretty sure all that’s wrong with it is the low oil sensor
