Both gauges work Voltmeter and Temperature, but have no Lights.

Come on. Nothing other than Gauges working no lights. It can be anything you are wanting help with. I have no idea what you have from a hill of beans.

They are suppose to go on when you turn the key on, Is That enough BEANS?

Look in order to look up the equipment we must know what you have; otherwise, is nothing but a guessing game on how it is wired. But meanwhile you can check the fuses.

If you don't wish to provide that info then try asking an AI, it is just as good at guessing.

Artificial intelligence here. How did you wire the key switch into your golf cart?? ?? Have you got a 4, 5, or 6 terminal key switch??? Do you have and did you use the correct wiring schematic when you did the wiring? . ? ? ? Did you use Pinto, Kidney, Lima, Yellow or Green BEANS? I’ll be monitoring your reply with help or more questions. AI at your service.

does it have its own fuse? How about the bulb(s). Own ground? If you are uncomfortable using a VOM to test for voltages etc then take it to a shop.

Now since the voltmeter and temp gauge works then problem is either a bad solder joint on the circuit board, bad light switch, bad bulbs, broken wire, bad socket terminals or any the wire terminals in the light circuit.

Black wire runs from circuit board to the light switch to the light sockets. Provides +12 volts and current. The green wire is the ground return circuit. Provides the -12 volts and current return path.

Simple circuit that you only need a test light or volt meter to trace the circuit.

Nice except those are for the headlights, I am talking about lights on the gauges.
