This season, whenever I mow, the left side of the cut has a trail of grass clippings. I have to go back and clean up each pass. I can get 2 at once, but still takes considerable time.

Underneath cleaned just recently...blades are worn...belt is practically new..

May be simple fix, but eluding me so far.

Worn blades could definitely be the problem. Bent or dull blade on the left side would be where I would start. Keep the deck clean. Make sure you are cutting dry. Also, engine speed must always be at full throttle.

I demo-ed an Exmark Metro 26 and that has happened to me. Since it was on the left side all I had to do was go around the yard in a counter-clockwise square and the grass would keep on getting moved inward. It is a pain, though!
