Hi I appreciate any help I can get. I have a 2008 19 hp Kawasaki engine. When I engage the throttle to full throttle it won't get to full Rpm's. when I engage the blades it runs but won't get to full rpm's. it will cut grass but very slow or else it Boggs down. I cleaned the carburater but didn't really help. Changed the fuel filter and spark plugs. Still no luck. Thanks

Let your engine warm up for about 15 min and check your coils,sounds like one might be bad.the reason you warm up is because it takes heat to make the weak coil fail

Sounds like your throttle cable might be slipping. Adjust it and tighten it back down
