My Lawnmaster Cordless Lawnmower 46cm Cut Width with 60V Max won't start. There's no response from the mower when you try to start it. Also, a green light continually moves round the control panel when the battery is inserted. Can anyone suggest anything please?

The flashing LED on the control panel indicates too high current. Do not try to start in this condition as damage battety. Check to see if blades spin freely. If good, suspect fault in motor.
