lack of power

have a 2007 troy bilt mustang rzt zero turn mower. Replaced spark plugs and put some gas cleaner in gas tank to clean carb designed for mowers. Can not get full power out of motor.
 
How about posting what engine you have with model number, and is the engine firing on both cylinders
