I have an LA115 that I got well used. it ran fine until it didn't. Determined that it was the battery. Got a new battery. when i hooked it up it tried to start as i hooked up the negative cable. Key was not in the ignition. It also blew the fuse. When putting in a new fuse, it tries to crank. Again,key not in the ignition and the seat safety switch is not engaged. Thoughts?
