la110 grade and type of engine oil

i have a 2006 la110 with 19.5 briggs single cyl.i am wondering the best grade and brand oil to use in this engine. iam thinking about using staight 30 weight? The temp range i would be using this at would be 60 to 90 degree range THANKS

John Deere recommends 10W 30 for your heat range. I would get a very good brand of oil, it only takes 1 1/2 quarts for a refill. Good clean oil is cheap insurance. :thumbsup:

thanks alot for quick reply i will use 10/30 saw that in owners manual but wanted to be sure there wasn't something better. going to buy oil now thanks again
