Kohler Engine keeps flooding........

Check the oil level.
Good chance the original bad carb leaked fuel into the crankcase and now it is too full and thus venting the fuel diluted oil into the carb via the breather.
 
Call Cub Cadet. there was a service bulletin on this carb. The solenoid is defective and there is a repair kit for it. I checked around and the repair kit cost $48-$75. OR you can go on ebay and buy the complete carb with solenoid for under $20 but no guarantee it has a good solenoid.
