I removed a 5" long black 12- gauge wire fitted with two ring terminals on a Kohler Command CvS 22HP so I would be able to remove the Blower Cover. After I replaced both ignition coils, I reinstalled the blower cover but could not remember where the 5" 12-gauge wire was installed. I would appreciate if someone could help me.

If you have an external voltage regulator it is probably a ground wire going from one of the regulator mounting bolts to a good engine ground.

Rivets,

Thank you for quick response. I will check regulator mounting bolts. Will let you know soon.
