Have a Z449 Z Master TORO
Trouble starting. Have to hold my hand tight on carburetor to start. Was told at a dealership the valves may need adjusting. Watched videos on YouTube. Need motor type for valve settings. Any help advice would be appreciated.

Be sure the choke is closing all the way.

This time of year, check dirty carb #1, valve adjustment (probably never been adjusted) and stale Ethanol fuel with water (from last year).

Sounds like the pilot circuit is plugged up. Need a hand to draw more fuel to fire off.
