Kawasaki 661D

I have an encore prowler commerical mower with a 22 hp Kawasaki v twin engine on it.Model 661D
Cylinder on left side randomly stops firing on left side,mostly when engine heats up.Replaced coil on that side but it didn't solve the problem.Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Possible valve sticking???? Shut it down when it is skipping and check compression on that side.

Fuel, ignition, compression, timing, engine or chassis ? Your first thing in finding a skip is what is causing it. I added chassis because it happen to me once because I had a very small electrical short that made the engine skip. As I recall it was a hard find.
