Just picked up a CP216019KWV mower today, commercial Kawasaki FJ180V with the pressurized oil system with oil filter. Only paid $75.00 for this! Runs great

Where the heck are you guys finding these deals? All I find around here is busted down, worn out machines, everybody thinks they're sitting on a gold mine, or they're just the standard 3.5-5 hp briggs units. Do I need to move, or something? Good score, I'd love one of those.
 
I have the Craig's list app that alerts me when any snapper or Honda mower gets posted. I also just picked up a barely used Honda HRX217HYA for $270.00. This mower runs great. All it needed was the self propelled spring inline with the engagement cable(which I had an extra one in the garage). From the little research I've done, it appears to be a 2008 model. It was used commercially, but looks to have been maintained regularly.

That's an amazing deal. I've seen units like that here for several hundred. I too found another 21500PC last weekend. '81 model with a newer honda gxv160 that runs great. The deck needed a bit if attention though, I sacrificed my '82 21350PS for the rear axle and drive parts and I'm trading the engine to a friend of mine for an older honda gv150 that had a cracked carb. He could use a good running engine and I want an older vintage one. I'll find a carb someday. Here's the deck all cleaned up, awaiting the engine.
